Kerry & Keith

They say that "April showers bring May flowers"... but there wasn't a cloud in the sky on Kerry and Keith's wedding day this April.  When Kerry contacted me last May, she knew that she needed someone who would execute all of the details and hard work that she was putting into her special day- and that's where Remember This Day came into action!  Kerry envisioned a navy blue and medium-pink palette with lots of candlelight for her wedding day... filled with lush peonies and ranunculus, in addition to numerous other floral varieties.  Flowers By Mary Elizabeth made sure that Kerry's vision was perfectly in place during their afternoon ceremony at St. Thomas the Apostle
Floral wreaths full of hydrangea adorned the wooden Church doors and pew bows were accented with bouquets of flowers attached.  Following their touching ceremony, the bridal party proceeded to the gorgeous Gibraltar Gardens for pictures.  That being said, let me take a moment to RAVE about their amazing photographer, Paul Roebuck... Paul and his assistant never missed a beat!  They were always in place where they needed to be, capturing candid and gorgeous shots throughout their wedding day.  Paul made sure that Kerry and Keith would not only have photographs of all the special and fun moments on their wedding day, but he also made sure that all of Kerry's attention to detail were captured and frozen in time!!  (Anyone who has planned a wedding knows just how much time and effort it takes to choose the right linens, favors, chargers, flowers, etc)- and these pictures prove how great Roebuck Photo is!
The cocktail hour was held in the Atrium of the Mendenhall Inn and the reception followed in their Grande Ballroom.  Kerry knew from our initial consultation that The cocktail hour tables were covered in lush navy pintuck linens from Nancy at Gala Cloths (who also provided the specialty linens in the ballroom- in addition to the chair covers and sashes, and napkins-- which REALLY gave a "pop" of color!!)
Love Jones kept the dance floor packed all night (and even included the bride and her friends to sing their own version of "Ride Kerry Ride"!!)  LoveJones was such a hit- I highly recommend them!

Kerry and Keith had a GREAT team of vendors... and we all worked diligently to make sure that their day went flawlessly- which it did!
Congratulations, Kerry and Keith!!  We hope you both had an amazing honeymoon in Ireland and Scotland... and we wish you many many years of happiness.  We know that you will always Remember This Day!!
